4.      ORDERS AND FULFILMENT

You may place an order on our Website by providing accurate and complete personal and shipping information. Once confirmed, orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes stated on the product or checkout page.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (including but not limited to for suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability, etc.).
• Limit quantities per customer, address, or order.

5.      USER CONDUCT AND RULES

      v.            Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;

    xi.            Exploit any of the Services. We reserve the right to deprive individual customers of our Cash on Delivery payment option. Moreover, we might refuse any of our Services, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

  xii.            You shall not make any derogatory, defamatory, abusive, inappropriate, profane or indecent statement/s and/or comment/s about Challet Skin, its franchisor, associates and partners on any property owned by Challet Skin India.

 

6.      RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We adhere to a fair return and refund policy, consistent with e-commerce norms. Returns or exchanges will only be processed if:

        i.            The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect, and

      ii.            You notify us within __ hours of delivery with appropriate evidence (photos, order details).

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

·         Learning about our products or placing orders as an end consumer.

Any unauthorized commercial use, including but not limited to the following are strictly prohibited:

·         Copying product images or ingredient descriptions;

·         Creating derivative works or comparative product claims without consent;

·         Republishing our content (including AI-generated versions) without attribution;

·         Using our brand name, hashtags, or logo for SEO, promotions, or endorsements;

7.3              Trademarks and Lookalikes

The Company name, logos, and branding elements are registered/unregistered trademarks under Indian law. Any use, reproduction, or attempted imitation (e.g., “Chalet Skincare,” “Challet Glow,” etc.) that may cause confusion in the marketplace or mislead consumers constitutes infringement or passing off and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We actively monitor and pursue misuse of our brand IP, including on social media, e-commerce platforms, search engines, and affiliate networks.

7.4              Third-Party IP

We respect the intellectual property of others. Any reference to third-party brand names or trademarks on this Website is made for descriptive or comparative purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

9.      PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any payment-related information on our servers.

10.  SHIPPING

We are currently shipping across India and delivery timelines are estimated are but not in any way guaranteed by us. Delays due to third-party logistics providers, natural events, or any force majeure circumstances are beyond our control.

11.  WEBSITE DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and security, we do not guarantee:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Challet Skin from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Challet Skin India that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.

14.  FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms, including, but not limited to, order processing, delivery, access to the Website, or provision of Services due to causes beyond its reasonable control.       ii.            If you or Challet Skin terminates your use of the Website or any Service, we may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and we will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.

    iii.            You shall remain liable to pay for any Services or products that were ordered by you prior to the effective date of termination.

17.  INFLUENCER COLLABORATIONS & ENDORSEMENTS

All testimonials and influencer promotions reflect personal experiences. Sponsored content will be disclosed in accordance with ASCI and Government of India influencer marketing guidelines.

We require all endorsers to honestly represent product usage and avoid unverified claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
